They originate from the mysterious Voynich Manuscript, a book written in an unknown language. They are all unnamed, and it is unknown what they were, as the Voynich Manuscript to this day baffles and puzzles historians, and no one is entirely sure as to what exactly the book even is, with some people hinting that it might have ben a book on alchemy.
If the Voynich Manuscript was indeed a book on alchemy, the Voynichese Plants could have ben plants used in practicing alchemy.
