Waphare Wadi is a small village in the immediate vicinity of Karjule Harya (now known as Karjule Hareshwar). It is located in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra, India. It's famous for its natural bounty and lush greenery. It has become a major tourist attraction and has a vast range of wildlife. An unknown creature known as the Vadakilla Monster has also been reported to be seen in this area which is still a mystery. The green hair and pugmarks (footprints) found seem to be real and research is going on. Many ghost sightings have been reported here, hence people here are quite religious.
