Suginami Stick Men are cryptid reported from Suginami Ward, Tokyo, Japan. They may be an example of a case involving the race of creatures known as the Black Stick Men.
Description[]
On June 30, 2003, a witness made a post on the Japanese Internet forum "2ch". About "5 years ago" (probably around 1998), he was walking in Shouan, Suginami Ward, Tokyo, when he came across three strange creatures at a crossroads.
They were one meter tall, about five centimeters in diameter, and had the appearance of black wooden stick-like things with legs growing out of them, and they were wandering around under a lamppost. The witness observed them until they turned a corner and were out of sight, but was noticed by a third creature that stopped and gave him the sensation of being seen, even though it had no eyes.
