Orang Minyak

Orang Minyak or Oily Man or Oily Maniac is legendary Incarnation of Man who likes robbing and ravishing in Malay folklore.

Orang Minyak is like usual human but all of his body covered with black oil to hide in the darkness, folklore said Orang Minyak is a man who learned black magic, the result is: he can enter a house without difficulty.

Below is latest sighting of Orang Minyak:

• 2005  -  there have been cases reported of rapists covered in oil roaming around, armed with knives.
• 2006  -  January 24 maybe is unlucky day for Orang Minyak  because he was caught by a citizen when he was robbing a house in kampung Tawas and found out he is just a usual human but with his body covered with black oil.
• 2008  -  at June in Pahang, Malaysia there is a marry ritual held, in a toilet a woman screamed because she saw a black man with extraordinary speed and red glowing eyes. In January 29 there is a report of 4 girls in USM have been ravished by orang Minyak, when the incident not known, the report is in this link (statement writed in 2 languages : Malay and Chinese).
• 2009  -  300 family in Sungai Petani terrorized by Orang Minyak , September 14 Nurshahirah was ravished by Orang Minyak , Another incident by Fatimah said: her daughter was ravished by Orang Minyak too.
• 2012 - the residents in Kampung (Village) Laksamana, in Gombak, Selangor Malaysia claim to have seen and heard the orang minyak around the vicinity of the Pangsapuri Laksamana and Jalan Laksamana 1. The village had been buzzing with sightings of the two paranormal creatures for the last 10 days.

Based on events' above it could be said Orang Minyak is criminal who learned Black Magic.
