The Large Antarctic Sea Mammal is a cryptid reported by a Japanese research ship in 1958 in Antarctica.

Description

The captain of the Soya nicknamed this creature "Antarctic Godzilla," as he likened its appearance to Godzilla. Some indicate that the creature is of the same species as the Kabagon.

Specific time of sighting

On February 13, 1958, at about 7:00 PM, the Japanese research vessel Soya Nihongo encountered a large creature at Lutzow-Holm Bay.[1]
