Back in 1909, the crew of the British steamer Sultan, which arrived from Singapore to the Japanese port of Yokohama via Hong Kong, testified that they saw strange things during the voyage. When approaching the waters near Taiwan, Captain Harvard and his crew noticed something huge on the surface of the sea. It appeared to be a huge creature, 15 feet (4.5 meters) high and 200 feet (60 meters) long, with a row of spines growing down its back.
Explanations[]
Some consider the identity of this cryptid to be mosasaur or related organisms. Others thought it might be related to Antarctic Godzilla.
Trivia[]
