Iwakkie

Iwakkie is a marine cryptid reported from Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan.

In 2023, a group of YouTubers named Tsuriame were fishing in Iwaki City when they spotted a creature over 10 meters long swimming about 100 meters away. They uploaded the video they were filming at the time to YouTube.

The creature could be seen in the video to have a dorsal fin, and according to them, its face resembled that of a seal or fur seal.

The video was also featured on a TV program, and according to the experts who were on the show, this was most likely a sperm whale.
