Isahaya Crocodile is a cryptid reported from Nagasaki, Japan.It is considered likely to be a misidentification of a known organism.

On July 23, 2010, an employee of the Agricultural Administration Bureau who came to conduct a biological survey at a regulating pond in the Isahaya Bay reclamation area found a crocodile-like creature and took its picture. There were three of these creatures and they were estimated to be 40 to 50 cm in length.
They were thought to be escaped or abandoned pet crocodiles, and signs were immediately placed around the pond to warn people to be careful.
A capture operation by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the prefectural government was immediately implemented, and traps were set in 14 locations in the pond, but this was in vain.
On August 11, it was announced that the creature photographed was most likely a soft-shelled turtle, as the size estimate based on the photos turned out to be incorrect and five soft-shelled turtle eggshells were found around the pond.
