The Apollo 8 Space Squids were alleged giant planet-sized creatures captured during the Apollo 8 Mission.
Description[]
Several pictures taken in December 1968 during the Apollo 8 mission showcased bizarre, pale, massive tentacled objects close to Earth. Some said that the creatures were living alien beings, which lived in the vacuum of space. Others stated that the creatures were actually spaceships. They are bigger than Krakens themselves.
Explanation[]

The "squids" were explained to be film artifacts caused by static discharges created during the film processing. To this day, some believe them to be real however, and claim that NASA deliberately hides photographs of these creatures.
